Calender Events

After the great success of last years tournament, this years annual Gaza Cup 5-a-side football competition will take place at a new indoor venue, Glasgow Soccerworld, on Sunday 7^th March.

Around 16 teams from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Lanarkshire will participate in the event which will raise much needed money for the needy people of Gaza.  

The event will also be vital in reminding people and highlighting the plight of the Gazans to those who have forgotten or may not be aware of the troubles the region has faced.

 

The event is primarily being organised by Islamic Relief with the help of The Well Foundation, Glasgow Ansar and Semsa who are responsible for team entries.
