Our Islamic Relief Glasgow Charity shop was fully re-opened on 1 st March after the fire incident. We have received many phone calls (including from our Glasgow City councillors, MSPs and MPs) messages through post wishing us the success in the future. Below are some of the messages; A message from the Scottish Government: Nicola Sturgeon MSP 
"I wish to congratulate Habib Malik and the entire Islamic Relief team on the opening of the new shop on Albert Drive. As the MSP for the area I know how widely respected Islamic Relief is for its endless hard work and commitment to improve the well being of the world's most vulnerable people.
"Islamic Relief has built a strong network of volunteers across Scotland who, at a moment’s notice, will raise funds to help those who are so desperately in need of assistance. However, it is only with the generosity that the Scottish people have shown time and time again that aid agencies, like Islamic Relief, can save lives.

 Pauline McNeill MSP is the Shadow Cabinet Secretary for Culture and the Constitution says "I have seen the work of Islamic Relief do in practice- in Gaza for example, I saw with my own eyes the brillant work they do and I am delighted to support their newly re-furbished Charity shop on Albert Drive, Glasgow".
